Who We Are

Dayton Chapter Order of the DeMolay
The Dayton Chapter of DeMolay is a premier youth leadership organization hosted at the Dayton Masonic Center, dedicated to building character and leadership skills in young men ages 12 to 21. By emphasizing seven core virtues—filial love, reverence for sacred things, courtesy, comradeship, fidelity, cleanness, and patriotism—the chapter provides a supportive environment where members can grow into responsible citizens and community leaders. Under the mentorship of dedicated Masonic advisors, Dayton DeMolay members participate in a variety of social, athletic, and service-oriented activities, allowing them to manage their own chapter and develop the practical skills necessary for success in adulthood.

Job's Daughters International
Job’s Daughters International is a premier youth leadership organization for girls and young women ages 10 to 20. Rooted in the biblical story of Job and his three daughters—who were known as the "fairest in all the land"—this organization focuses on building confidence, leadership, and lifelong friendships. Members of our local Bethel participate in a variety of activities, from community service projects and charity fundraisers to social outings and formal ceremonies. By managing their own meetings and planning their own events under the guidance of certified adult volunteers, these young women develop practical skills in public speaking, teamwork, and civic responsibility that serve them well into adulthood.

The International Order of the Rainbow for Girls is a vibrant youth organization that empowers girls ages 10 to 20 through leadership training, community service, and the cultivation of lasting friendships. Founded on the principles of love, service, and character, Rainbow Girls provides a safe and supportive environment where young women can build self-confidence and public speaking skills while planning their own events and charitable projects. By participating in the lessons of the seven colors of the rainbow—representing values such as nature, immortality, and fidelity—members of the Assembly learn the importance of good citizenship and the power of working together to make a positive impact on the world around them.
